Has my order been dispatched?

You’ll receive an email including the tracking information (if applicable) for your parcel as soon as it’s been dispatched.

In an effort to move to a more paperless solution over the next 12 months we will be moving away from including a paper copy of your dispatch note in your parcel and so your dispatch note which includes, order and returns information may be emailed to you. We are rolling this change out over the next 12 months so in the meantime you might still get a paper copy instead of an email.

How long will my delivery take?

Our standard UK delivery time is 3-5 working days. We will endeavour to dispatch your items as soon as possible to avoid any delays in delivery.  Please allow at least 5 working days before contacting us regarding a delivery.

What happens if I’m not in when delivery is attempted?

Royal Mail will leave a ‘Something For You’ card explaining that they attempted to make a delivery. All of our parcels require a signature as proof of delivery, so you’ll need to collect the parcel from your local delivery office.

The item I want to buy doesnt have a delivery option

Some of our bulkier items such as appliances and timber are only available for delivery to certain postcodes within the Yorkshire area. If you’d like to enquire whether we will deliver to a postcode outside of this area, please call us on (01482) 810025.
